Life is so amazing, the more you learn to focus and love the better things about this life of yours the more wonderful things keep happening... I know this for a fact, why because Ive been there , to that place of fear, dread and stress, but not anymore and its not because ive cleared my psychical debt no its because Ive cleared my mental block, LIFE is GRAND and i don't let anyone tell me otherwise!

yesterday evening we were invited to our good friend Su Larkin's home for dinner and to view the photo-shoot she had produced for me, i was moved when she presented the show with a backing track of to where you are by  josh Groban the photographs were astonishing and beautiful and i was so thrilled, those of you on facebook would have seen some already but here are just three of the amazing  pictures taken, thank you Su, you are so talented and very creative.  Thank you
