“BE” by Little Wings are looking for four children to be the Faces of Little Wings 2016

Do you think your Child has what it takes ?

Competition open to Children aged between 4years and 8years Boys and Girls…

The four successful applicants will receive a portfolio of beautiful photographs and the chance to be the face of Little Wings going forward.

Entry Fee is £10.00 per Child this will go straight into Little Wings Children’s Charities Ltd

An Expert Panel of Judges from Childcare to Children’s TV will choose the Child with the Look that fits the Image of Little Wings…

Auditions will be held in Bristol, Sept 5th 2015

Change and Transitions...

I chose this because from those I am talking to and meeting in business, that seems to be a key word these days. But what does it mean to be in transition? The dictionary defines it as ``Passage from one form, state, style, or place to another.``

But for some being in transition is quite a huge move, it can mean changing habits, beliefs, old ways of doing things, taking on something new. In some cases being in transition can be scary or daunting. 

Let`s ask ourselves, does being in a state of transition have to be scary or daunting? No, not necessarily. Yes we can be transitioning from one job to another, or moving from one place to another or going from being single to becoming married or taking your business to the next level, all are some forms of transition and the key is you don`t have to lose sight of who you are while going through change or transition.

Since most of us are going through some kind of `Shift` I think it is important to get clear on who we are, what is it that we stand for (our values), where do we want to go, who do we want to be and to basically take time to reflect on these questions and think long term, that no matter the change we operate from our core values and our vision of a future that lights us up and motivates us to make the changes we need to adapt in our lives

This retreat is held in the magical  L’ Enchantement, situated in the heart of the Gascony region of France close magnificent 

Pyrenees. You will stay in either the converted Barn next to a traditional French Farm House or in one of two beautiful Garden Huts.  Everything is perfectly integrated with the surrounding nature. Relaxation, simplicity and authenticity sum up the atmosphere.

The Workshops will be lead by International Intuitive and Life Coach, Anthony Lewis Churchill, who has worked with some of the World’s leading companies and people. 

The Cost of this Retreat is £375 per person and will include:

• All workshop and sessions
• A two hour one to one with Anthony (during the stay)
• A welcome dinner and final night fire ritual
• Accommodation (2 doubles, 2 singles in the Barn and 2 doubles in the garden huts)
