Love this time of year for Mens Fashion, the layered look is always interesting with different textures and rich colours...

from small acorns mighty oak trees grow....

this is not the end its just the begining...

sometimes we have to do things outside our comfort zones...

tomorrow i leave Bristol to move to London certainly not for good but deep in my heart i feel i will never return to Bristol to live again, that is why my heart is sad, but others bits of me is excited, i have a lot of places to visit and one day soon i will have my own home a base to settle and root, but i have to also be on the move.  i write each day in my blessings for a home of my own in the UK and LA along with Paris and Oz... why not i say!

so on with the adventure and lets see what the next six months has install for me! My so many leaps of faith in one year! OMG!

sometimes its a great idea to air your dirty luandry, i mean your worries and stresses but all i ask is that when its dry fold it neatly and dont keep bringing it back to wash, after all the colour will soon dye out!

What a Fantastic Night at the Theatre

The musical Cabaret is a great show very dark but very true... set just before the second war world in Berlin before the Nazi take over, Will Young played the role of MC at the Kit Kat Club extremely well and all the cast were amazing. Great piece of Theatre, thank you to my hippodrome friends for the Opportunity to see this thought provoking performance.

My Choice to Change...

Its my choice to change, some people are asking why change the Psychic to Intuitive?

Well there are two answers one I believe what I have is an Intuitive Skill that is assisted by using Spirit Connection and two I feel that the word Psychic is sometimes a scary word for some, so in order to reach out to a bigger clientele i have chosen to change the word Psychic to Intuitive.

today ive been packing up to move on... next chapter!

Dream Settings...

today i visited a store called India Jones, Interiors and Decoration, fab stuff and amazing displays reminded me of my past career, window dressing and Visual Merchandising oh those were the days when i could be creative and play around with beautiful things!  This store in Bath took me back to the days, Oh! the windows i used to create... they were at the time the talk of the town/City (Bath).

I would love to create this again very soon in my own home, so come on Universe hear my request, i do believe...

When we pick up energy its amazing how it can make you feel, for example if you are in a room and everyone in the room is happy you will become happy and V,V.  if you enter a place of fun and good feelings you will pick this up and V,V.  Its not always obvious but try to listen to your gut feeling on if you should go to the party or not! so to speak... Have a great day and stay positive...

dont let the demons in...

everyday we fight away the negatives around us, these are normally the memories of days gone by that didn't prove to serve us well, so try not to give them the time of day, so to speak...  but when we are subjected to reminders from either the media or Friends and family its hard, i know! but you have to rise above it, you have to get yourself onto another level.

many ways in which to do this is to think of the positives in your life be grateful for all things good in your world, watch a funny film or look at a beautiful picture, have a conversation with a friend about the good old days... anything to take your thoughts off the negative.  It is a test, it is a task but beat it and the results are amazing.

today i spent time with my web designer Clare from bluefish great developing and creating the web for Little wings... the site should be up and running in two weeks time, very exciting...

Keep journals...

Writing daily blessing and keeping journals can really help manifest good things into your life, i should know ive been doing this for the last few years and i am so grateful for all the wonderful manifestations ive experienced, thank you Universe...
