When we pick up energy its amazing how it can make you feel, for example if you are in a room and everyone in the room is happy you will become happy and V,V.  if you enter a place of fun and good feelings you will pick this up and V,V.  Its not always obvious but try to listen to your gut feeling on if you should go to the party or not! so to speak...
