everyday we fight away the negatives around us, these are normally the memories of days gone by that didn't prove to serve us well, so try not to give them the time of day, so to speak... but when we are subjected to reminders from either the media or Friends and family its hard, i know! but you have to rise above it, you have to get yourself onto another level.
many ways in which to do this is to think of the positives in your life be grateful for all things good in your world, watch a funny film or look at a beautiful picture, have a conversation with a friend about the good old days... anything to take your thoughts off the negative. It is a test, it is a task but beat it and the results are amazing.
